Terms of use

You need to be at least 13 to use BiteScore, and you are responsible for what you post from your account. Keep your login details to yourself.

Rate dishes you actually ate. No paid reviews, no rating your own restaurant, no bulk or automated ratings. We remove scores and badges earned dishonestly, and we may close accounts that keep doing it.

Your photos, clips and reviews stay yours. By posting them you allow us to display them in the app, in dish pages, share cards and BiteScore promotion. Do not post content you do not own, or anything hateful, sexual, illegal, or that exposes someone else's private information.

Restaurants are added by the community, so details can be wrong. Owners can claim a listing; we may ask for proof before approving it. Claiming a listing does not let you delete honest ratings.

Pro is sold in Maldivian rufiyaa through our payment provider. Prices and the plan period are shown before you pay. If a payment fails or the QR expires, nothing is charged and you can retry. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us within 14 days.

Scores, badges and recommendations are community opinions, not professional advice on food safety, allergens or hygiene. Always check with the restaurant. The service is provided as is, and may change or be unavailable at times.

You can delete your account at any time from Your status. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
